For those of you who don't know, Kuroko No Basket is an anime in the setting of Japan. The main characters are in their first year of high school and all play on a basketball team. The previous year. there was a team for a Junior High called Teiko. The starters of that team were known as the "Generation of Miracles". They all have amazing powers and I believe we need a supplement for this anime.
First off, we'll need two new skills: Shooting(Dex), and Dribbling(Dex). As well as new combat actions such as Passing, Blocking, Stealing, Shooting, and Receiving(Passes and Rebounds). Since this is a basketball game, attacking someone will lead to a foul, so there can't be attacking. You can gain experience by winning games, and there can be racial feats such as
SHOOTER [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Benefit: You are adept at shooting, and as such, add your character level to your shooting skill. Starting at 3rd level, and every three levels after that, you may gain a Master Shot(I'm not very creative).
GENERATION OF MIRACLES [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Note: This feat should only be available to Player Characters, as this marks you as a prodigy.
Prequisites: Only selectable for 1st level
Benefit: You are a prodigy, one of the few players with endless potential. At first level, you start with a +3 to Reputation, since you are famous, and gain a Unique Talent. To define this talent, you gain a number of Talent points equal to double your highest attribute at first level, and extra points equal to your character level every other level after.
UNCROWNED KING [RACIAL, SOUL]
Note: You may take this at any level, and NPCs may take this.
Note: You may take this even if you have another racial feat other than Generation of Miracles
Benefit: You are an uncrowned king, a generation of talented individuals who may have been known as the Generation of Miracles in another time. As Generation of Miracles, but the bonus to Reputation is +2, your talent points are equal to your lowest attribute at the level you take this, and you gain extra talent points equal to half your character level rounded down, every other level.
BASKETBALL STARTER [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Benefit: You are fit enough to be one of the starters on your team. You gain a +2 for a physical statistic of your choice at level 1, another +2 for a different statistic at level 3, and a +4 to the statistic you chose at level 1 at level 8.
DRIBBLER [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Benefit: You may add your character level to your dribbling skill and gain a Ball Trick at 6th Level, and a second one at 18th Level.
RUNNER [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Benefit: You have trained your legs to the point where you can go faster than even the most talented athletes. You gain a +10 ft(2 squares) to movement speed at level 1, and a +5(1 square) every 2nd level.
DUNKER [RACIAL, SOUL]*
Benefit: You have strengthened your legs to the point where you can get your opponents DUNK'd ON. You may add your highest physical stat attribute to your Jump Skill as a bonus. Your Jump skill always counts as trained.

Master Shots(Again I'm not creative)
These are the shots that only the best of shooters can even hope to achieve. As such, you can only use these 2 times per encounter
Accurate Shot: You may add a +5 to your shot once per round per 10 ranks in the Shooting skill you have.
Fast Shot: You may make a shot as a swift action.
Barrier Jump: Must have 2 other Master Shots to take this Master Shot. Once per round, you may take a quick step back to make a shot. Force all defenders to make a Concentration check. Should they fail, they count as flat-footed and don't add their DEX modifier to their block. Should they succeed however, they gain a +1 on their next check and gain another +1 each time they pass.
Special: This may be used up to your character level times per match.

Ball Tricks
These are the advanced maneuvers that professional dribblers do in the direst of situations. As such, these may only be used up to your CON Modifier times per day
Perfect Defense: You handle the ball in such a way, it's impossible to get the ball from you. This makes it impossible for anyone to steal the ball from you unless they roll a perfect 20 on their check. They can however intercapt your passes.
Perfect Pass: You may pass the ball in such a way, only the reciever can catch it. This makes it impossible to intercept the pass you make, unless the character level of the intercepter is at least 3 higher than yours.
Perfect Illusion: You may force a will save on your defenders. If they fail, they act as if you had the ball and are not allowed to pursue anyone but you. Should someone pass the save, they can't make the others go after the real ball.

Generation of Miracles Abilities
Tier 1:
-You add a +5 to shooting, passing, dribbling, or blocking-2 Points
-You gain the effect of a 2nd or 1st level spell-like ability as long as it isn't offensive-4 points
Tier 2:
-Choose two, shooting, passing, dribbling, or blocking. You add a +10 to them.-5 points
-You gain the effect of a 5th, 4th, or 3rd level spell-like ability as long as it isn't offensive.-10 Points
Tier 3:
- You gain a +20 to shooting, passing, dribbling, or blocking. - 12 Points
- You gain the effect of a 9th, 8th, 7th, or 6th level spell-like ability. It may be offensive, as long as it isn't life threatening. Should you use an offensive ability, it will not incur a foul and will just be seen as a mess-up of the victim. -30 Points
-You may combine two abilities you already have. -(Add the costs of the two abilities +5)

ZONE
Prequisities: 12 level or higher, Generation of Miracles
Benefit: You go in a state where no one can stop you. Once per day, you add double your character level to all checks related with basketball, and gain your character level in squares of movement(i.e. if a level 14 used this, he would gain 14 extra squares of movement or 70 extra feet). After using Zone, you are exhausted. You may only use this once per week. You may use 2 action dice to gain another use, but you may never use it twice in the same day.
