OK so I got bored ... and tried to build a Mystic Arts system. I could only manage offensive options so I figured this would be the place to get it fixed.
Mystic Arts [KIDO, REIATSU]
Prerequisites: Knowledge (Mystic Arts Lore) 4+ Ranks, Spellcraft 4+ Ranks
Special Prerequisites
– Shinigami, Quincy, Oni, Majin, Shin, Namek first level or
– Superhuman, Bounto, Fullbringer, Any Shinkoukenjun Race, Saiyajin, Ki Infused Human or Awakened Zanpakutou third level or
– Hollow, Soulcaster, Androids, Changelings, Solar, Gaian and Lunar fifth level
Benefit: When you take this feat, you begin casting Mystic Arts form grade 1. The number of Mystic Arts you gain per grade is equal to your spellscore modifier, which is chosen upon selecting this feat from amongst your Mental Statistics, but is normally charisma. You gain an access to an additional Mystic Arts grade bracket every second level after taking this feat.
You build Mystic Arts as a Special Attack using the following table as a guide.
This counts as 3 Reiatsu Feats instead of 1.
Special: If you possess the spiritually aware feat and no racial feat, your effective character level for taking this feat is considered 2 higher for when you gain access to Mystic Arts grades. If you have the spiritually aware feat and no racial feat, you may take this feat at first level. If you posses the Enlightened feat, your Spellscore Modifier is treated as 4 higher for creating Mystic Arts. If you have Oldblood for a race, and a Racial feat. Use the more beneficial of the two for your Mystic Arts feat.

2 - 1/2 Spellscore Mod
3 - 3/4 Spellscore Mod
4 - Spellscore Mod
5 - 1 1/4 Spellscore Mod
6 - 1 1/2 Spellscore Mod

8 - Double Spellscore Mod
9 - 2 1/4 Spellscore Mod
Conditions: You can make you Mystic Arts with one (1) free Element of your choice that doesn’t count towards your point limit or the cost.
Using a Mystic art is an attack action, you can quicken a Mystic art by doubling the cost for each reduction in time; move x2 swift x4 free x8 immediate x16
Mystic Arts start as Short Range (25ft + 5ft per 2 levels)
Mystic Arts use Ranged Attack
Mystic arts threaten on a 20 for x3 damage
Damage Dice: For every 5 ranks you have above 1 in your Spellcraft you gain an additional +1dX damage.
The point cost of the Art is multiplied by the Modifier listed under Damage.
When Building a Mystic Art you choose from the following table.

The Power cost to use Mystic Arts is the same as to use a Special Attack; Total Point Cost * 10
the cost of using Mystic Arts can be reduced only by feats that reduce the cost of Kido not by Ki Conservation or the Power Saver Prestige.
For Example: With +4 SS Mod you have 1 point to build a Grade 1 Mystic Art and can build 4 Arts
Art 1: Range Increase, D6 Damage; for a total cost of 2*1/2 =1
Art 2: 2 Elements, D8 Damage; for a total cost of 1*1=1
Art 3: Burst, D6 Damage; for a Cost of 2*1/2 = 1
Art 4: +1 Damage per Dice, D6 Damage; for a cost of 2*1/2 = 1
With +4 SS Mod and Enlightened you have 2 points to build Grade 1 Mystic Arts but can still only build 4 Arts.
