Fullbringers (完現術者 (フルブリンガー), Furuburingā; lit. "Full Manifestation Artist") are spiritually-aware Humans born with the eponymous ability Fullbring, which allows them to manipulate the souls that reside in all physical matter. Their powers are constituted by Hollow Reiryoku.
Their ability, called Fullbring (完現術 (フルブリング), Furuburingu; lit. "Full Manifestation Art"), enables them to manipulate the souls contained within matter. Everything, even rudimentary objects such as lampposts and chairs possess a soul, however small. By using their power to “pull” on this soul, Fullbringers can manipulate the object’s movement or even alter its physical characteristics. For example, Fullbringers could have a beverage assist them in drinking it by pulling on its soul, drawing it into their mouth. Likewise, by pulling on the soul of water, Fullbringers can walk across its surface without falling through. Many more feats are possible, making the technique highly versatile. Fullbringers use their power with their physical bodies. Because of this, they must train extensively to build up their stamina so they can use it properly. While all Fullbringers are born with this power, the age at which they come to realize it varies. When Fullbringers die, all traces of their abilities disappear from the world. However, they do carry their abilities into the afterlife.
Fullbringer[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequisites: Living(DM's could allow for a Fulbringer to be born in soul society with their mother as a Plus as long as the rest of the prerequisites are met), Non Quincy(Ichigo is an exception and as to why I will explain later.), Mother must of been in direct contact(wiki states attacked but if you follow the logic of how it all works anyone with Hollow heritage also qualifies for this feat.) with a hollow whilst preganant with you.
Special: Anyone with Hollow heritage gets this feat for free as long as they aren't Quincies becaues Hollow reiatsu cause Quincies to commit soul suicide.
Benefit:As a Fullbringer you are a spritually aware human(Or whatever race you are if you are running a cross over game, a shinigami, hollow heritage, gaian, etc), however despite being spirtually aware you are bound by all of the limitations of being human(Non humans and/or those with Hollow heritage are bound by the limitations of their base race and/or those of a Hollow.), meaning you CAN'T USE SKILLS AS A SHINIGAMI you are a normal spritually aware human(or whatever your base race is.) with one exception you can Fullbring. By using the power of Fullbring you can manipulate and alter the physical world around you such as causing the ground beneath some ones feet to rise or fall at whim. Doing so on an unattended object or surface is a standard action with no check, to do so on a attended object or surface allows a reflex save equal to 15+Charcter level+Charisma Modifier. You can only affect a number of objects and/or five foot squares of terrain(eg: Walls, roads, cliff faces) per character level. With objects you can turn them on or off, alter their form and in the case of food and drink you can alter it's tempreture and have it "fly" into your mouth for consumption. You cant use Fullbring ability to manipulate objects on other peoples Zanpkutou or Quincy weapons. You gain no racial attacks and you gain the Object affinty feat once for free as well as the Alive feat if your a living Fullbringer.
Object Affinity[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequisites:Fullbringer
Benefit:You have developed a bond with said object(it can be any physical object including parts of one own body) and can now take the feat Incomplete Fullbring for said object.
Special: The firt one is free but you have to have a good in game reaseon to take this feat again for any other object. This feat can be taken multiple times.
Note: Should the item be stolen or destroyed you loose the Fullbring for said item until it is returned or repaired.
Incomplete Fullbring[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequistes:Object Affinity for said object
Benefit: By having forged a bond with said object and sharing experiences with it you can now draw out the power of it's soul and memories and fuse it with your own power. You now build an at will ability/transformation using the modified Fullbring ability list with 1.5x your level at the time of taking this feat+Charisma at the time of taking this feat in points. Your Fullbring must follow a "theme" eg. Tsukishima's Fullbring The Book of End's theme is memory alteration, meaning he can view and alter you memories by inserting his "presence" into your soul with but a single cut, however he can not summon Golems or shoot lightning bolts with it. Activating your Fullbring is a free action.
Note: You can take Flaws for your Fullbring and each Flaw nets you 4 points after the multiplication, however when you take Complete Fullbring the flaws don't have to carry over unless your Complete Fullbring would have to many points at which point you would have to keep some or all of the pre-existing flaws or choose new ones.
Bringer Light[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequisites:Improved Flash Step, Fullbringer
Benefit: You can now manipulate the soul of the air, ground and water around you. By manipulating the air around you, you can now Flash step as a shinigami adding your charisma mod to your result and it is always considered a swift action. By manipulating the water or air around you can now walk on water and air respectively(gain water and air waling at will not rolls required). By manipulating the ground and air beneath your feet you can jump at much greater heights and distances, whenever you make a jump check add your charisma mod to the result. Note: When you use such movements they are accompanied by the flickering of a green luminescence.
Complete Fullbring[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequisites:Incomplete Fullbring
Benefit: You have now completed your Fullbring for said object. You now build the Fullbring at 3x current level at the taking of this feat+Charisma. You must have all of the abilities of the Incomplete Fullbring for this object.
Note: Once you complete your Fullbring you unleash a massive torrent of energy that deals 2d8 per level equal to your level at the time of taking this feat in a 30 radius with a reflex save equal to your level at the time of taking this feat plus 15 plus your charisma score, another Fullbringer/s can place their hands on you to prevent the area of effect taking place and they can choose how much of the damage your about to take and take it them selves. This damaging side effect won't take place should you be in Hueco Mundo when you take this feat.
Power Transference[Soul, Fullbringer]
Prerequistes: Incomplete Fullbring
Benefit: Fullbring is a product of Hollow power, meaning that it is essentially the opposite of its Human wielders. Because of this, it is possible for Fullbringers to transfer their abilities to individuals whom possess the powers of both Shinigami and Humans – namely Substitute Shinigami. By doing so, Fullbringers can rid themselves of their power, effectively becoming ordinary Humans. In addition to Substitute Shinigami, Fullbringers can trade and share their abilities amongst themselves. When doing so, they can establish certain boundaries as to how their powers can affect one another, posing voluntary limitations. Finally, it is also possible for a Fullbringer to steal the Fullbring of another individual, allowing it to be used to one’s own benefit.
In effect you can give away your powers to a substitute Shinigami, make pacts with them and other Fullbringers and steal Fullbrings and/or absorb them wholly or partially into your Fullbring(If you only take a portion of the other Fullbring you have to give away the remaining points to other Fullbringers shortly there after or they are gone). When you steal a Fullbring and decide not to absorb it you can use it as built, should you choose to absorb the fullbring you can spend the total amount of points for the stolen Fullbring to improve one of your Fullbrings.
Note: When you merge Fullbrings you still have to keep the same theme but the appearance of your Fullbring will change, how it then looks is up to you but it has to incorperate some of the aesthetics said stolen Fullbring. Should you steal an Incomplete Fullbring you can't then go and complete it.

Prerequisites: Incomplete Fullbring, Bringer Light
Benefit: While your Fullbring is released, you may increase your damage reduction, defense and reflex save by your charisma modifier by expending 50 Reiatsu as a immediate action. When you do this, you also gain universal energy resistance at the same number.

Prerequisites: Incomplete Fullbring, Bringer Light
Benefit: While your Fullbring is released, you may gain a bonus on attack rolls equal to your charisma modifier by expending 100 reiatsu as a swift action. The bonus lasts for your spellscore modifier in rounds and you deal charisma modifier (min 1 max 5) [BW] extra damage with all attacks while this bonus lasts.
