Had this idea pop into my head on my way home from work today.
figured it was in the spirit of fun, and over the top anime style games.
inspired by that D&D soundtrack that was available that was played on shuffle and gave your party different bonuses.
THEME SONG [METAGAME, GENERAL]
You have a Song that plays at dramatic moments that inspires you, and possibly your allies.
Prerequisite: Have a good sense of humor as a player.
Benefit: you gain 2 more action dice while your theme song is playing. in addition, for every 10 character levels, this power may effect one ally of your choice within visual distance of the Character giving them 2 Bonus Action Dice.
Normal: Background music has no effect on gameplay.
Special: You must discuss with your DM if you may take this feat. You may take this feat multiple times. If taken more than once you may choose to either add 2 more Action dice to your pool, or to choose another song that activates this ability. If a second song is chosen, that song provides the same benefit of 2 Action Dice and no extra to the original song(s). At a cost of 1 Action Dice, you may attempt to forcefully activate your theme song. You must roll the maximum number possible on your Action Dice to activate this ability. The DM has ultimate control over when and if your theme song is played. Multiple character's may choose the same song, but that does not stack with the secondary effect (two characters with he same theme song over level 10 cannot give each other bonus action dice). If an enemy has a theme song and they attempt to have it played over yours and succeed, you and all of your allies lose the use of all Action Dice, until the song is over (at which point available Action Dice return to normal).
i think i should add that the taking of "Number One " and all of its remixes should be strictly prohibited to all players. for logical and sanity type reasons...
