1. For the 'alternate bow' feat, the final ability, 'combine weapon forms'... what forms? Does this refer to taking the feat repeatedly, and combining the forms in question?
Eg. form one: critical multiplier up 3
Form two: critical range up 2, combine weapon forms
Result: Your weapon has critical multiplier up 3 and critical range up 2
Or even, given that it allows 2 points to be put in
Form one: crit multiplier 3
Form two: damage die up to D12s
Form three: crit range up 1, combine weapon form 2
Result: You have crit multiplier 3, crit range 1, and D12 damage die.
Furthermore, is the fused result of several base weapons not itself a form? Could you not therefore infinitely stack on traits until you've maxed them all, by adding one point of [combine weapon forms] to each new form to fuse it with the prior one? Perhaps by taking each new feat at a new level up?
2. Does this mean the base weapon before even one copy of 'alternate bow' is taken has NONE of these things, just being generic?
3. Letzt Stil grants CharLevel to [Primary attack skill statistic] and [Primary damage modifying statistic]. Unless I'm mistaken, for most quincy both would be dexterity? Would they gain (Character level x 2) to dex in this case?
4. Web bow gives a defence bonus 'while your quincy weapon is active'. However, the base feat has no mechanism for activating, or deactivating, the weapon. You just gain it. Does this mean it's 'active' at all times?
5. If another quincy Letzt Stil-s or Vollstandigs within a mile, you do it too, if you have vollstandig. Even if you have no uses left. BUT, if you DO have uses left, does it use one of them up? Given that it doesn't require them, I'm not certain on this one.
6. What use is Kocher Von Einem? It just gives you the same thing as Quincy, and is worse than Alternate Bow.
7. Reishi feats. They all give you a reishi point, but all require one. Where're you meant to get that first point? I saw 'extra reishi points', which works, but the 'extra' implies that's not the normal source. Edit: Never mind, got to the W.A.S section.
8. The 'quincy soldat' prestige path lists possible combat styles, but 'sword and board' is listed: This doesn't make sense as you cannot have a shield as a quincy weapon. You can have a ranged wep, a melee wep or unarmed damage, and can have multiple weapons, so every other one makes sense, but you can't get a shield... can you?
9. You are limited in how many reishi points you can invest in a given W.A.S by your level... okay... but then it doesn't say what that limit IS, moving on to the level and point investment requirement to achieve higher tiers.
I had thought that the limit was the amount needed to access the highest tier you could, but then I realised that a max of 15 doesn't work with that since the highest tier only needs 9.
What actually is the limit? Limited BASED ON level... are you limited to (Character level) points? Is that it?
EDIT: 10. Why is quincyporting so massively overscaled compared to attack? Base range 90 feet, alt bow to 180 feet. More feats and W.A.S and it's not unreasonable to shoot out to hundreds of feet.
But a thousand is unlikely, and a mile is right out.
Then we have quincyport here with DC 2, 5 miles. DC 6(easily automatically make-able for a level one), 15 miles.
Meanwhile attacks can barely hit 0.5 miles, unless you use a Line Of Sight perk to just have infinite range.
Overall I love it tho. Stacking different bonuses and W.A.S to increase damage to the hundreds, then the crits oh god the crits... Poor Ashisogi Jizo the thing never had a chance.
