So, I'm new on this thread made an account really in case I had questions but I have had a few thoughts rattle in my head on the game that I am running. I gm a game with a board member being a player, Lucia will probably see this later.
House rule part
The first house rule I made up because I felt it didn't match the rest of the game was Racial feats, Spiritually aware is considered a racial feat as well for this. You get 1 for free, With spiritually aware being re-trainable into a different racial feat.
the next rule I implemented which was actually lucia's suggestion, A cap on spending Reiatsu in one sitting, the cap is your spell score times 10
Tentative untested house rule I am thinking of employing.
I noticed something about Reiatsu that has me confused there is very little way to restore it. one way is releasing bankai and having the pick, the other is being a hollow and taking a level 1 feat, then spending a full round action to regain your spell score times ten in one turn(once an encounter). this struck me as odd because it makes it seem like a big deal but not a big deal. purposed house rule I will test. Further reading has made me want to apply this even harder because as it stands the normal way to restore Reiatsu besides the above mentions is kind of terrible and that level 1 hollow special really ridiculously strong
Reiatsu regeneration out of combat, I'm thinking perhaps your spell score a minute might be a good mark. Specifically it turns off in combat, thus having the actual ability to Regen Reiatsu is still strong Additional bits include it doesn't remove your Fatigue if you go over 50%
Resting would double the rate of which you regain Reiatsu
That is all I have on house rules for now

I run a game with quincy a player wanted to do something unique, we came up with a W.A.S
It was simple really
Bleed aspect
Tier one being 1% damage per reishi invested
Tier two being 3% damage per Reishi invested
Tier three being 5% damage per Reishi invested
Tier four being 10% damage per Reishi invested
Tier five being 15% damage per Reishi invested
I forgot to add the damage is hp and its a d6 in turns
The reasoning behind this was it would start of weaker then the master shot but eventually become better then it
Bankai pick
Benkai
For each person who consider you an ally within 60ft Gain +2 attack and defense
This is just something I wanted to get on a character I based it off tempo and Sentai, its not super breaking I feel
its all I have for my personal stuff thus far might edit in more later or something feel free to comment or something tell me how I can make it better
