Power Paragon
Bestowing your powers to another is in your very nature, improving the attributes of another, effectively allowing you to create a true heir to your legacy.
Prerequisites:
Power Manipulation 50 levels, 50 levels in other powers (not including wealth, ESP, or other Manipulation powers)
1 - Extending A Gift (Prestige)
Now the Overclock function of the Power Manipulation power may be used to improve the level of another character's powers as per the Overclock power's duration. The Overclock and Power Manipulation powers levels are now combined to determine effective Overclock level.
2 - Bonus Feat
3 - Making A Hero (Prestige)
Power Levels may now be granted to a character who did not have any initially, effectively allowing them to become a hero through this power (They do not gain the 100 starting points to invest this way). Ranks gained this way are permanently, but can only be granted up to the Power Paragon's effective Overclock level. Power Manipulation may not be granted as a power this way.
4 - Bonus Feat
5 - A True Heir
The Power Paragon may choose one true heir to inherit their power, with this feature, they may not only overclock another character, but also give their power manipulation levels to one character permanently at a rate determined by them (1 point a day, 1 point a week/month/year, or all at once). When doing this, the Power Paragon loses their ranks in Power Manipulation on a 1:1 basis. This bestowing of power is always permanent. Additionally, if the Power Paragon has never used the Overclock power on another individual, they grant 100 points to distribute among their powers as if they were a 1st level character (this function only works if the character did not have any superpowers to begin with, as well as Extending A Gift as a bonus feat, without needing to meet the prerequisites.
