Well I get tons.. well.. Grams I guess..of ideas and instead of making quite a few new threads I guess I will merely be posting stuff here.
And let's get it started with the tokyo ghoul. A lovely manga that I recently got into (didn't care for the anime though except the music. That was awesome)
Tokyo ghoul classless:
racial feat:
Ghoul: You are a ghoul. A being who survives by eating the flesh of humans (or anyone with the Alive feat and vaguely humanoid in shape), you are treated as having the Alive feat. You cannot pick reiatsu feats and you use skills like a human.
As a ghoul you gain regeneration equal to your HD. But this effect is lost if you haven't eaten flesh in the last 24 hours or if you have eaten normal human food.
At 2nd level you are given Kakuhou as a bonus feat and it is now that you decide on what kind of ghoul you will be.
You do not get natural weapon-progression. Your unarmed damage is 1d6+str which does not increase when you gain another attack. Instead you can use your kakuhou as attacks but only one at a time.
Ex. Bobby has both a rinkaku and a koukaku (so both a tentacle and a shield arm) and let’s say that Bobby BaB is.. 10. That would give him 2 attacks. One at +10 and a second at +4. Normally Bobbys damage would be Rinkaku: 5d6 and koukaku: 3d6
If Bobby was going to attack someone he could do two attacks dealing 1d6+str (which would be him using his fists) or he could do a rinkaku attack (5d6) at +10 and then after a koukaku attack (3d6) at +4.
Ghouls do not recieve reiatsu nor are they spiritually aware to begin with. But if they are attacked by somehting supernatural like a hollow or something, they are able to learn how to see spirits. But still.. No reiatsu.
Kakuhou: can be taken however many times you want. But be warned that your attack damage will fall.
Your first kakuhous damage is equal to your level/2 in D6s. So a lvl 10 person would deal 5d6+str mod damage etc.
Your second kakuhous damage is equal to your level/3 in d6. So a lvl 10 would deal 3d6+str mod damage
Third kakuhou would be equal to your level/4 etc etc. Hopefully you get the point and can guess what a fourth kakuhou would deal in damage (protip: it’s your level/5+str mod).
If you pick the same kakuhou its damage is increased (but can never be better than your level/2. Ex. Bob has a ukaku and decides he wants a tail. So he picks bikaku. But he wants some better damage than 1d6 for every 3rd level. So he picks Kakuhou:Bikaku for the second time and increases the damage to +1d6 for every two levels he has. Now both his bikaku and ukakus damage is equal to his level/2+str mod
All kakuhou attacks crits on a roll of 20 and have a multiplier of x2.
