God of Destruction
You have taken one of the highest stations in this universe, you have been declared a Kaio of Destruction. Your job? To sow destruction and death to make way for creation and life, so that it may make way for more of your destruction.
Prerequisites:
Feats: Special Attack, Ultimate Attack, Godly Ki
Skills: 24+ Ranks All attack skills, 24+ Ranks Intimidate
Special: Have been selected, and undergone 3 years, of preliminary training by this universe's Angelic Attendant, before the attendant formally gives you the title.
Note: All feats in this PrP are Reiatsu feats
1 – Divine Status (Prestige)
You are officially a God of Destruction, all of your attacks now deal divine damage. You are automatically placed at an 8 level on the sliding scale, on the higher end.
2 – Bonus Feat and Special Attack Feat
3 – Training of The Gods (Prestige)
Your attendant's training becomes more intense, you gain an inherent bonus of +1 per 5 character levels you have to all checks. Additionally, all transformations and releases you activate improve their reiatsu modifier by 1.5x (Changeling transformations add 1 iteration of this per tier to their transformations for multiplying). Your ki is permanently doubled.
4 – Bonus Feat and Special Attack Feat
5 – Destruction's Wake (Prestige)
The culmination of your destructive powers. You gain the Destruction' Wake special attack which builds as follows:

-1 Point of Mega-Damage Per user's level
-May only be fired at non-living objects, or planets
This attack may be fired 1 time per day, per 4 character levels.

ULTRA INSTINCT [KI, SOUL]
Prerequisites: Destruction's Wake, or Angelic Attendant, Sense Motive 33+ Ranks, Concentration 33+ Ranks, Any Attack Skill 34+ Ranks, All Defensive Skills 33+ Ranks
Benefits: This feat grants you the Ultra Instinct combat state. While in this state, a character is able to fight on auto-pilot, essentially, reacting and acting without thinking, relying solely on the training that has been ingrained into their body from day one. A character can enter the Ultra Instinct state, as a free action, for a number of rounds equal to their constitution score a day, without penalty or fatigue, as using the ability can severely tax someone if used recklessly. While in Ultra Instinct, a character may take 15 on any defensive roll or save, as well as take 15 on any attack roll. A character with Ultra Instinct may also spend ki to improve their attack and defense rolls using free actions, if they couldn't already.
Risk: A character may choose to employ this state beyond its duration, however, doing so incurs a penalty of -1 to all checks made, physical or mental that increases by 1 each round that the state is extended beyond its duration, or for every round that it is used after the duration for the day has already expired. This penalty can only be healed at a rate of one day of full bedrest per point of penalty incurred. Additionally, each round that you incur a penalty you take internal damage equal to your own largest [BW] of damage, including your bonuses to that attack, that cannot be mitigated or ignored.
ULTRA INSTINCT -SIGN- [KI, SOUL]
Prerequisites: All Defensive Skills 29+ Ranks, Any Attack Skill 30+ Ranks, Godly Ki, Blooded, Epic Blooded, Epic Prowess, Advanced Combat Feat (Martial Arts, Armsman, Bowman), Godly Ki, Must be able to maintain Godly Ki when this feat is in-use
Benefits: This feat allows you to transform into Ultra Instinct -Sign-. This transformation may be activated as a Swift Action, for up to the character's level + Constitution Modifier rounds per day. During the transformation, a character utilizes an incomplete version of Ultra Instinct, though with the potential to reach its ultimate heights; specifically, it grants the defensive properties. When making any defense roll or save, the character may take a 12. All experience gained in this form, including those gained from losses, are multiplied by 1.5x the original net gain.
ULTRA INSTINCT MASTERY
Not everyone is able to develop the Ultra Instinct technique immediately, and some must learn the lesser Ultra Instinct -Sign- in order to climb up to greater heights of power.

1 – ULTRA INSTINCT DEFENSE [PRESTIGE]
A character with this feat experiences an upgrade to their Ultra Instinct -Sign-. This transformation may be activated as an immediate action, for up to the character's level + Constitution Modifier rounds per day. During the transformation, a character achieves an incomplete version of Ultra Instinct, gaining access to its defensive properties; when making any defense roll or save, the character may take 15. If a character would gain experience while in this form, or from a battle lost while using this form, double that net experience gain. When activating this transformation, a character cannot make any checks that requires intelligence, or concentration.
2 – Bonus Feat
3 – ULTRA INSTINCT OFFENSE [PRESTIGE]
Your Ultra Instinct -Sign- gains the offensive component of the technique, and you begin to truly fight without thinking. Now, while your Ultra Instinct -Sign- is active, you may take 15 on all attack rolls you make. If a character would gain experience while in this form, or from a battle lost while using this form, triple that net experience gain, this benefit does not stack with other feats in this path.

Checks made while taking a 20 are always considered criticals, except in the following regard: any ability or effect that would trigger from a critical hit or result of 20 (such as vorpal or critical burst) do not resolve and must still be rolled normally. A character in this transformation may also spend ki to improve their attack and defense rolls using free actions, if they already couldn't. The bonus experience benefits from the first and third steps of this path are removed. A character with this feat may activate Ultra Instinct -Sign- indefinitely. If a character has other temporary transformations, they may also benefit from such a transformation while Perfected Ultra Instinct is active, doing so shortens either P.U.I. or the other transformation to the shorter duration of the two, and exhausts the character after use. A user may extend their P.U.I. beyond its typical duration as per the Ultra Instinct feat, with the same penalties.
