Mutation quirk that is short to long range that has enhanced durability.
Area around wrists have mutated into a revolver chamber housing carbon spikes that can be shot out at (agreeded upon speed). Each arm holds 20 spikes that are remade over a length of time. Spikes can extend but not be fired out for use as punching assistance.

Backstory
Kohei lived on the outskirts of the city. His family was not rich but if him or his brother wanted something they could usually save up and buy it. Kohei's parents owned a above average house with a water well. Kohei first realized he wanted to become a hero when he was 8 and his younger brother had fallen into the well and Kohei had to climb down using his quirk to allow him to get down to his brother and then climb back up. After saving his brother and understood the joy of saving people Kohei started training. Knowing that he would have to be able to get through many different types of scenarios and locations Kohei started to use parkour to train to move in any environment. During junior high Kohei learned just how dangerous his quirk can actually be. When some students where picking on his brother Kohei shot one of his carbon spikes aiming for the ground near his foot but he ended up pinning his foot to the ground. After knowing the entire situation Kohei was punished by a month suspension while his parents grounded him for a year. Now realizing how dangerous shooting his spikes at people where Kohei started training in martial arts augmenting it with his quirk. Now Kohei stands the day of the entrance exam for U.A. with the small amount of money given to him by his parents to help him break his bad spending habits.
