Chaos Infused (Soul, Ki)
Prerequisites: Exclusive Order or Law Allegiances, has come into contact with a chaos crystal or Namekian.
Benefits: All ki-based (or reiatsu) attacks are now considered anarchic, dealing an extra 1d6 to all targets without the chaos, or anarchy, allegiances. Additionally, they can deal an additional 1d6 to anyone with an order or law allegiance.
Chaos Crystals (Level 21+)
Powerful jewels of a similar size and potency to dragon balls, these crystals contain the raw force of the negative energy, similar to that which dragon balls produce when granting wishes. The Chaos Crystals, however, are a unique, but little known, invention that can absorb negative energy stored within their counterpart dragon balls, to alleviate over-use. Chaos Crystals are numbered like dragon balls, and can pass on unique powers to someone who wields it based on how many AD they invest into them, until loss of possession. Creating Chaos Crystals is done the same way as creating dragon balls, with the same prerequisites, though they must also posses the Chaos Infused feat. The orb grants its wielder Probability Manipulation equal to their spellscore modifier to all d20 rolls they make, though only a number of times equal to their character level before its user becomes fatigues, and unable to draw from its chaotic energies any longer.
Investing 1 AD upon taking ownership of a chaos crystal allows its wielder to double the amount of time they can draw upon it abilities before fatiguing. Also, they may fire ki blast without paying the ki cost, by drawing from the crystal instead. Additionally, these may be empowered as per superior and super ki blasts by giving shortening the duration of the crystal’s ability for a round. These abilities cost the user no ki.
Investing 3 AD upon taking ownership not only triples the crystals functioning duration (so triple character’s level in rounds), but multiplies the bonus by 1.5 times.
Investing 5 AD into a Chaos Crystal removes the fatigue of using a crystal’s duration up, but the user may only use the crystal’s duration fully once per encounter. As well, the crystal may be used to release a special attack, known as Chaos Blast, described below.
Investing 7 AD into a Chaos Crystal allows its user to temporarily warp time and space as if they had the Reality Manipulation super power at level 20. This ability can only be used once per day, per 10 character levels, of the user. Using this ability more than once in a single day fatigues the user, and any further use causes exhaustion. If the character uses this ability to the number maximum of uses per day, they lose consciousness and must rest for 8 hours.
Chaos Blast
-Xd6 Where X is the level of the character (Treated as taken at level 3, reduced further for each AD past 5 that has been invested into the crystal) (8-10)
-X Enhancement Bonus (Same Stipulation as above) (8-10)
-Burst (3)
-Burst (3)
-Burst (3)
-Enduring (4)
Cost: 290-330
