okay I am gonna be honest. I have been using most of this day to look through "The mummy" movies and the like. So a few of these classes you should be able to figure out where they are from.
But without further ado:
scarab lord
1) Hide of the scarab: You are the lord of scarabs. Your entire body grows a size category, your body recieves an exo skeleton which gives you damage mitigation up to twice your level in this prestige class.
2) Insect Lord: When being confronted (or you confronting) any bug being (be it insects, insect hollows, vizards with insect hollow abilities etc.) they will see you as their master. You are allowed to command them using a command roll (d20+1/Scarab lord level+charisma mod) and the opposing side is allowed a will save to resist. If they manage to resist then they are immune from the ability for 24 hours.
3) Scarab of the sun: Scarabs were used to symbolize the sungod in his suncharriot. You wield a fire technique that is a terror to behold.
You build this technique using points equal to your number of levels in this prestige path+2*spell modifier.
This ability has no cost but takes a standard action to cast and after that there is a d8 cooldown period
4) Winged scarab: You can as a move action grow eagle wings and fly at twice your land speed with perfect maneuverability
5) Death Scarabs) Once per combat you can fire 5 orbs at the ground. These orbs, when touching the ground, will transform into scarabs. This takes one round to happen. Duriing this time the enemies of the scarab lord can attack the scarabs in hope of destroying them. Otherwise they will bury themselves into the flesh of 5 of your enemies (or 1 really unlucky guy) . Each round each scarab will deal 1 con damage and move further up the body. First they are at the feet, next round they are up the legs, third round they will be at the torso, fourth round is at the neck and then at the fifth round they will have digged their way to your head.
As a target, if you are so unlucky to have been infected by these scarabs, you have two choices. Either A) accept your face and die or B) cut open part of your body to drag the scarabs out.
Choice B is done by first targeting whatever part of your body the scarabs are currently at. Then you have to cut open that part and grab the scarabs with an unarmed attack.
After that you will have to roll a strength check to see if you can drag the scarab out OR you can decide to target the scarab with your weapon or magic and hope to destroy it. Good luck though
Scarabs:
AC 20, Hp: 20, DR: 10/-
Strength check to stay in the body: d20+5
