The following has come to be necessary, as we have grown as a community over the years.
0. The administration reserves the right to alter these rules at any time, with notice to all members via Announcement. The administration reserves the right to adjunct these rules as needed. Staff are not above these rules.
1. Bullying, Shaming or Harassment are bannable offense. The severity goes as follows (First offense: Text Warning, Second Offense: Official Warning, Third Offense: 1 Week Ban, Fourth Offense: 1 Month Ban, Fifth Offense: Permanent Ban)
2. Take arguments into PM or Private Discord chat if it cannot be resolved civilly. Always heed an admin's notation to do so. Not heeding this rule will result in a deletion of your topic and count as one step of Harassment.
3. Admins/Moderators are to be impartial. Please go to them with all concerns. The chain of command is as follows from lowest to highest. [Those who watch the watchers... (Moderators), Those who Pray Dionon doesn't derp... (Global Moderators), Legendaries (Devs of the Past), Me (Admin).] You can contact any of us at any time, but note that concerns about a staff member are to be made up the chain. (There are special rules for me)
4. Performing action that break real life laws that are a jail-able offense will result in permanent ban.
5. No Spamming. This means, do not post the same inane chatter over and over again. Triple or higher posting counts as spamming (To a lesser degree).
6. No Baiting. Baiting is attempting to trick or coerce any member of this forum to break any of the rules set out.
7. Tangible proof must be provided to back up claims if a Moderator or higher is involved. (Screenshots, recordings, etc)
8. Keep all advertising to the advertisement forum (Or if you're doing a game, the Online Gaming Discussion forum)
9. Refrain from speaking about topics your GM has asked you not to speak on in their games. They reserve the right to ask you to leave if that persists.
10. If something is commissioned, speaking on it should be sent directly to PM with the commissioned artist/writer/whatever. Once a commission is set up, the board is no longer a place to discuss it.
